Fogelman is seeking an SVP of Property Operations to oversee a large regional multifamily portfolio across states. You will lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents, drive financial performance, and partner with ownership groups to meet annual goals.

You will develop operational strategies, provide executive‑level guidance, and ensure effective two‑way communication with internal teams and owners. Travel to portfolios is expected as part of leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an operational leadership role, with real estate/property management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Strategic problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to direct and coach others.
• Strong budget management and expense control knowledge.
• Deep understanding of multifamily operations and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to grow senior‑level client relationships.
• Travel willingness and ability.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, supervise, and evaluate RVPs.
• Lead and coach RVPs toward goals and objectives.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance including revenue and rent strategy.
• Provide operational updates to leadership and owners; manage risk.
• Communicate with owner reps and asset managers; drive collaboration.
• Participate in client meetings and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Serve as executive sponsor for client relationships and planning.
• Visit RVP portfolios biannually to assess conditions and alignment.
• Collaborate with corporate to implement systems and SOPs.
• Support new business analysis, proposals, and transitions.
