Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee 6+ multifamily properties across several cities. You will lead on-site teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure adherence to budgets and investment objectives. Frequent site visits, audits, and collaboration with Asset Management and ownership are essential.

The role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and proven multi-site management experience, with a focus on property performance and client relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or higher preferred
• 3+ years successful management experience, preferably in property management; Multi-site experience preferred
• Knowledge of onsite property management procedures
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.
• Experience with Yieldstar, Yardi Voyager, Rent Café CRM, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to direct the work of others
• Strong knowledge of budget management and expense control
• Must be willing and able to travel
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; long periods of sitting/standing; light to moderate lifting

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, motivates, supervises, and evaluates on-site teams to uphold high operating standards
• Ensure site level compliance with purchasing and payables policies
• Review and approve payables invoices per procedures
• Communicate budget variances to asset management in advance
• Review reporting for accuracy including weekly updates and monthly exec summaries
• Review leasing activity and coordinate with marketing on changes
• Present capital bids to owner with recommendations for approval
• Provide updates to SVP on employee issues, emergencies, variances, and projects
• Forecast revenue and expenses and flag meaningful variances to ownership
• Maintain no-surprises communication with owner representatives
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy
• Monitor lease expirations and annual rent rate adjustments for FMG policy
• Coordinate rent rate adjustments with site manager and revenue team
• Conduct FMG Quarterly audits at each property
• Ensure curb appeal and property presentation standards are met
• Review life/safety inspections and report to asset manager
• Ensure team knowledge of company policies and workflows
• Perform other duties as assigned
