Job summary

Fogelman Properties, a nationally recognized multifamily real estate company, seeks a Regional Vice President to oversee 6+ properties and lead on-site management teams toward top operating standards.

You will conduct regular site visits, manage budgets, review reporting, and communicate with asset management and ownership to align on investment objectives and ensure execution across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of successful management experience in property management.
• Experience with multi-site portfolio and on-site operations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and property management software.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site teams to maintain high operating standards.
• Ensure site-level compliance with purchase order and payables policies; review invoices.
• Communicate budget variances to asset management and ownership.
• Review reporting for accuracy including weekly/monthly statements and ownership reports.
• Monitor leasing activity and coordinate with marketing to optimize property performance.
• Review and present capital bids to owner with recommendations for approval.
• Conduct regular site visits/audits and ensure curb appeal and presentation standards.
