  • Work closely with company leadership on operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Experience using one or more leading property management software platforms.
  • Exposure to condominium or cooperative management is a significant plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently, making decisions, and taking ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree from a highly selective or well-regarded four-year college or university is required.
Compensation and Career Growth
  • Base salary:$120,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Compensation growth directly tied to the size and complexity of the portfolio you successfully manage.
  • Additional earning potential for candidates holding an active New York real estate salesperson's license through rental brokerage opportunities.
  • Exceptional long-term advancement opportunities within one of New York City's fastest-growing boutique management companies.
