Job summary

KW Property Management seeks an experienced property manager to lead daily operations at a residential community in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, staff supervision, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining policy knowledge, managing life safety systems, scheduling staff, and ensuring timely responses to resident concerns. Strong English/Spanish skills and a background in management are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong managerial background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training.
• Bi-lingual; Spanish and English may be required at some properties.

Responsibilities

• Keeps current knowledge of community documents, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures life safety systems are operational and takes corrective action for safety of residents, guests, and staff.
• Manages resident relations to ensure retention and high customer service levels.
• Oversees staff scheduling and approves departmental schedules to minimize overtime.
• Supervises and oversees projects; writes reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely, professional manner; updates management systems with accurate documentation.
• Supports budgeting and long-term planning for the property.
• Conducts property rounds to enforce safety procedures and rules by staff, residents, and vendors.
