Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager for North Square at Mill District & Royal Worcester Apartments in Amherst, MA. The role oversees two properties with complex programs, manages budgets, staff, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC requirements, and enhances resident services.

The position requires strong organizational skills, experience in housing management, and the ability to coordinate with regional leadership and local officials. Travel to sites is occasional.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of housing management, budgeting, and housing regulations.
• Three years of related work experience in apartment/condo management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations.
• Prepare annual operating budget and monitor expenditures.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and occupancy metrics.
• Lead staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Coordinate resident services and community relations.
