• Manage financial operations of the site following rules and guidelines.
• Prepare annual operating budget and monitor adherence.
• Oversee leasing, eligibility, and rental programs per HUD/LIHTC policies.
• Supervise staff and performance and compensation processes.
• Coordinate with Compliance on regulatory deadlines.
