Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC seeks a Senior Property Manager for Island Creek Age Restricted in Duxbury, MA. You will oversee fiscal and physical management of multiple assets, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines while optimizing occupancy and NOI.

You will collaborate with residents and local officials, manage reporting, and drive strategic capital planning and vendor management in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent knowledge/experience acceptable.
• Three years of related work experience in property management or similar.
• Familiarity with housing management, budgeting and HUD/LIHTC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages the financial operations of the site following company and government rules.
• Develops and monitors site management programs, policies, plans and contracts.
• Prepares annual operating budgets and conducts reprojections.
