Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Rockingham Glen in West Roxbury, MA. The role requires independent site management, strong budgeting, and knowledge of housing regulations to ensure occupancy and compliance.

You will lead financial operations, manage staff, coordinate with residents and service providers, and maintain property safety and vendor relationships, delivering quality housing and community services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent knowledge or experience.
• Three years of related work experience.
• CPHM, LIHTC, or CPM certification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial operations of the site following company and government agency rules.
• Develops, monitors and oversees site management programs, policies and contracts.
• Prepares annual operating budget and capital needs studies.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and deadlines for documentation.
• Oversees leasing, income certifications/recertifications and agency billing.
• Supervises staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Fosters resident relations and coordinates services with providers.
