The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong budgeting skills, and familiarity with housing regulations. Proficiency in Yardi, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual operating budgets and long-term capital plans.
• Oversee leasing, income certifications, and eligibility for occupancy.
• Supervise staff, performance appraisals, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate resident services and communicate with public officials.
