Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sr. Community Manager for Museum House in Seattle’s First Hill. You will oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, lead a management team, and drive financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Excellent communication and budgeting/financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 2+ properties, manage team, and resources within budget.
• Lead leasing processes, renewals, and tenant relations to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations; manage vendor relationships.
