Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lease-up experience managing Class A+ residential properties (55+ communities preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of property management, tenant/landlord laws, and leasing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, and Yardi or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize property performance through cost control, revenue growth, and innovative solutions.
• Develop annual budgets and marketing plans in partnership with owners.
• Build strong relationships with residents and commercial tenants.
• Drive high occupancy with competitive pricing and creative marketing.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Train, motivate, and guide staff in leasing, operations, and service.
