Qualifications

• 4+ years as a General Manager or Senior Property Manager level.
• BA or BS degree required.
• Experience with office space and amenities for institutional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a liaison between Ownership and Tenants.
• Interfacing with current and prospective tenants.
• Troubleshooting any property issues or concerns.
• Dispatching maintenance staff for work orders.
• Directly managing large capital improvements (budget to actual).
• Selecting subcontractors.
• Reviewing development project with management.
• Developing and managing property budget.
• Analyzing budget and explaining variances.
• Preparing CAMs.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable for the properties.
• Generating Ownership reporting.
• Preparing financial analysis reporting.
• Tracking lease agreements and termination dates.
• Managing vendor relations.
• Mentoring an APM and Property Administrator.
• Interfacing with Ownership regularly.
