Job summary

TORP Group in Phoenix seeks a Property Manager to oversee operations for a Class A office building, including maintenance, appearance, accounting, lease administration, and tenant relations.

You will lead vendor management, safety programs with the Chief Engineer, and energy initiatives while delivering exceptional service to tenants and coordinating move-ins/outs.

Experience in commercial property management, lease compliance, and financial reporting in Yardi is preferred; 5+ years required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Experience with Class A office properties preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leases, escalations, billbacks, and CAM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor service agreements and ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Guide safety, preventive maintenance, and energy-management initiatives with Chief Engineer.
• Deliver exceptional Class A service to tenants and manage lease administration.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and space adjustments as needed.
• Review operating statements, budgets, and prepare annual operating budgets.
• Manage monthly financial reporting in Yardi and ensure timely delivery.
