Job summary

TORP Group, headquartered in NYC, is seeking a property/operations manager to support a Class A commercial office portfolio. This role focuses on orchestrating operations, integrating new properties, and driving efficiency across assets.

You will lead portfolio-wide standards, produce performance dashboards, and partner with Finance and Asset Management on planning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial property management and experience with Class A properties across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial property management.
• Experience with Class A office/retail properties.
• Experience supporting multiple properties across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic resource to property teams across the portfolio, guiding operations and resolving escalated issues.
• Lead the integration of newly acquired properties, coordinating system implementations and vendor transitions.
• Identify efficiencies and promote best practices across assets to drive consistency and performance.
• Provide interim leadership to cover operational gaps at GM/ AGM level when needed.
• Develop portfolio performance reporting with dashboards and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate impact of programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and vendor procurement.
• Evaluate processes and technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Establish portfolio-wide operating standards and best practices for top-tier operations.
• Support annual planning with Finance and Asset Management, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Review financial performance via statements and variance analyses to identify improvements.
• Oversee vendor accountability and ensure contract compliance, addressing deficiencies as needed.
