Job summary

TORP Group is a California-based real estate investment management firm seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to oversee multiple Western US assets. The role collaborates with Property Managers, brokers, and the construction team to manage leasing, budgets, and value creation across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CRE asset management, a BA, and strong proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, and Argus. Broker license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate asset management.
• BA desired.
• CA Real Estate License (Broker License preferred).
• MS Office is advanced.
• Yardi and Argus experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with Property Managers and Brokers.
• Overseeing Leasing and negotiating leases with brokers.
• Generating lease analysis reports.
• Managing lease revisions and administration.
• Preparing LOI and other agreements.
• Collaborating with Construction team for TI projects.
• Monitoring budgets and variances across the portfolio.
• Sourcing potential acquisitions and reviewing dispositions.
• Preparing due diligence for transactions.
• Managing transactions compliance.
• Building financial models to analyze acquisitions.
• Reviewing market data and reporting portfolio performance.
• Travel to properties as needed.
