Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Senior Property Manager to run a 400+ unit community as your own business. You’ll drive NOI, occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction while leading an on-site team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
• 2 years minimum at 400+ unit property and/or mixed-use community
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry designations CPM/CAM/RMP are a plus
• Intermediate MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Own community financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality and experience
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team
• Inspire team growth through coaching and regular performance check-ins
