Trinity Property Consultants seeks an experienced Property Manager for a large-scale multifamily community in Ellicott City. You will lead diverse teams, manage the P&L and budget, and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and NOI.

Role requires 5+ years in multifamily, solid leadership, and proficiency with property management software. A competitive benefits package accompanies a full-time schedule, typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the multifamily industry.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Property Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
• Experience managing a community of 900+ units or equivalent.
• Ability to manage P&L, budgets and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the operation of a large-scale, high-profile apartment community.
• Oversees department heads and various associates within each department.
• Executes the business plan for the community and drives NOI through cost control.
• Maintains high occupancy levels and develops marketing plans.
• Prepares operational and financial data for Regional Manager.
• Directs implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Leads regular team meetings and ensures safety and compliance.
