Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Mobile, AL is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations and drive financial performance, occupancy, and renewals. You’ll coach a on-site team and partner with vendors to deliver a best-in-class living experience for residents.

You’ll own reporting to regional leadership, set pricing strategies, and continuously improve operations while upholding compliance and quality. This role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, CAM, RMP designations a plus.
• Tech: Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP; Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Maintenance and vendors for prompt, high-quality service.
• Create an industry-leading living experience fostering community engagement.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Inspire team growth through coaching and performance checks.
• Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition.
