Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Seattle seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of conventional multifamily communities, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team success across multiple properties.

You’ll mentor on-site leaders, optimize performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and create thriving communities residents love to call home. This strategic, hands-on role requires regular onsite presence, travel, and readiness for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Property Manager and 2 years as a Regional Manager in multifamily housing.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of communities, ensuring operational and financial goals are met.
• Prepare and approve annual operating budgets for each property in your region.
• Monitor expenses and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and address variances to maintain profitability.
• Pursue capital improvements to stay competitive in the market.
