Granite Properties is seeking a Property Manager to lead the property team, oversee budgets, and coordinate asset plans to achieve investment objectives. You will supervise hiring, evaluations, and performance, while coordinating with Leasing, Construction, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Travel may be required for asset oversight and project coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; GED required.
• 5-7 years of commercial office property management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background managing high-needs, high-demand customers and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and JD Edwards.
• CPM, CCIM, or RPA designation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage a property team and/or group, identify training needs, track performance, coach, counsel, develop and motivate direct reports.
• Hire, conduct performance evaluations, and address termination; resolve complaints with HR.
• Collaborate with portfolio and project managers to implement asset plans to support investment objectives.
• Oversee customer engagement, move-ins/outs, and ensure high service levels.
• Oversee budgeting, reforecasts, reporting, variance explanations, and capital expenditures control.
• Attend pre-construction meetings, oversee inspections, and ensure ESG compliance.
• Support property sales/refinancing by overseeing due diligence and coordination with owners/partners.
