Job summary

Integrity Asset Management is seeking an Investment Manager (Property Manager) for a 200+ unit property. You will coordinate staff, resources, and activities to achieve property objectives and uphold company standards.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills, with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer service. On-site leadership and collaboration with corporate are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must possess good communication skills both oral and written.
• Proficient at problem solving and working under pressure.
• Must maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, manages and motivates property managers and staff to meet goals and operate effectively.
• Develops business plans, budgets, and staffing plans for the property.
• Monitors financial performance, rents collection, and cost control.
• Coordinates and trains on-site staff; ensures proper staffing and reporting to upper management.
