Avesta Housing is seeking a mission-focused Senior Property Manager to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the financial and physical health of a portfolio of affordable housing properties. This on-site role requires travel between Inland region properties and strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory skills.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
• Ability to travel between properties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff across a portfolio of properties.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver excellent resident service.
• Oversee daily operations and propertymaintenance across sites.
