Job summary

Avesta Housing is seeking a mission-driven Senior Property Manager to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the financial and physical health of a portfolio of affordable housing properties. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance to support residents and communities.

This on-site leadership role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to resident satisfaction, and the ability to travel between Inland-region properties.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
• Ability to travel.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff and lead a team across property locations.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial health of the portfolio.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across properties and programs.
