Avesta Housing is seeking a mission-focused Senior Property Manager to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the financial and physical health of a portfolio of affordable housing properties. This on-site role requires travel between Inland region properties and strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory skills.

This 37.5-hour exempt position offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits, with emphasis on resident satisfaction and community well-being.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
• Ability to travel between properties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

What We're Looking For

The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following:

Requirements

• College Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
• Ability to travel.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually for the Inland region.

Work Location

This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Inland region.
