Job summary

Avesta Housing in Maine provides affordable housing and community services. The Senior Property Manager will lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the financial and physical health of a portfolio of properties within the Inland region.

We seek a dedicated leader with strong budgeting, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver excellent resident services. This exempt, on-site role offers growth and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
• Ability to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Location

This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Inland region.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually for the Inland region.
