Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, drive performance, and enhance the resident experience across our multifamily communities. You will coach staff, develop marketing plans, oversee applications, and ensure move-in readiness while maintaining high service standards.

This role is full-time, on-site in Baltimore, with a schedule Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm and potential commissions for exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management leadership.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Strong sales and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities, timely follow-up, and strong closing performance.
• Develop and monitor marketing plans to maintain occupancy and drive community engagement.
• Lead and train the leasing team to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
• Ensure move-in readiness, conduct inspections, and maintain resident files and reports.
