The Property Manager serves as the liaison between ownership, residents, and third-party vendors, coordinating with leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy and rental income while maintaining high standards across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations per company standards.
• Develop, manage and monitor property budgets.
• Foster positive tenant relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Complete leadership training for team Morale and development.
• Collaborate with leasing/marketing to maximize occupancy and income.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and codes, including affordable housing where applicable.
• Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance programs, and capital projects.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
