PRAXM, based in the Midwest, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing performance at a multifamily community in West Lafayette, IN. You will partner with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, collections, and overall asset success.

The role emphasizes financial accuracy, leadership readiness, and customer service, with onsite responsibilities and a focus on NOI growth. This position offers an opportunity to advance in a results-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Strong organizational and financial aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on key initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Property Manager to execute on leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals.
• Support and guide the leasing team to ensure strong performance and compliance with policies and Fair Housing standards.
• Analyze and manage resident ledgers, financial reports, and documentation to support property performance.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies based on local market conditions.
• Drive collections efforts through consistent follow-up and resident communication.
• Deliver a high-quality resident experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to NOI growth.
• Lead by example, reinforcing accountability, customer service, and performance.
