Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• CAM, ARM or similar recommended.

Responsibilities

• Direct property operations and staff in cost-effective manner.
• Develop and manage annual budget.
• Maintain occupancy levels according to budget.
• Hire staff and manage performance; address employee relations.
• Manage, motivate and develop staff.
• Process new applications and ensure compliance.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Supervise rent collection, ledgers, deposits and petty cash.
• Pursue delinquent rents and evictions as needed.
• Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain occupancy.
• Supervise resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventive work.
• Oversee landscaping, snowplowing, and related duties.
• Work with Regional Supervisor on budget objectives.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Other duties as assigned.
