Job summary

TI Asset Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager in Atlanta, GA, to oversee daily property operations and ensure adherence to company standards. You will develop budgets, manage vendor contracts, and drive occupancy and rental income with market analyses.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business/Real Estate, substantial property management experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills; licensure or CPM/CAPS/CAM certification is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
Substantial experience in property management, including supervisory responsibilities.
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and property operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Proficiency in property management software
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Real Estate license and/or industry certifications (CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of property, ensuring adherence to TI Asset Management’s standards and policies.
Develop, manage, and monitor property budgets.
Foster positive tenant relationships, address resident concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to minimize turnover and vacancies.
Complete leadership training, ensuring high team morale and professional development.
Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and rental income through effective strategies and market analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulatory requirements, including affordable housing programs where applicable.
Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance programs, and capital projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including financial metrics, market trends, and operational updates.
Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to position assets competitively within their submarkets.
Respond to property emergencies and support crisis management as needed.
