Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Real Estate license and/or industry certifications (CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.
• Substantial experience in property management and supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and compliance requirements.

The Senior Property Manager at TI Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and physical performance of a chosen multifamily property. This leadership role ensures the property meets company standards for profitability, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and asset preservation.
