Qualifications

• 1–3 years of dedicated Assistant Property Management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for commercial/retail spaces.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, move-ins, and notices.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain property standards.
• Assist budgeting, CAM/Tax reconciliations, and financial reporting.
