Job summary

TIPTON ASSET GROUP in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multi-family community, deliver excellent customer service, and drive leasing performance. You will establish rapport with residents, manage leases, prepare reports, coordinate with maintenance, and guide leasing agents to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of onsite Property Manager experience.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet all deadlines set by the management company/regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforce occupancy rules; inspect vacant units and coordinate with maintenance to complete repairs.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtain referrals from current tenants; explain advantages of location and services; show units.
• Manage leasing agents and provide clear, concise instructions on daily goals.

About this position

Who are we looking for? An experienced, highly motivated Property Manager who has both the sales and leadership skills required for success.

Where is the job? Plano, TX

What do we need you to do? Manage a multi-family apartment community while providing excellent customer service.

The Job: Our Property Managers are responsible for:

• Establishing rapport with residents and providing personalized service
• Negotiating and enforcing leases
• Meeting all deadlines set forth by the management company/regional managers
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs
• Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units
• Managing leasing agents and proving clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals

The Details: Our Property Managers should meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
• Have a minimum of two years of experience as an onsite Property Manager
• Have working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite
