Job summary

TI Asset Management INC. is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the operational, financial, and physical performance of a multifamily property. You will manage budgets, tenant relations, and vendor contracts while directing capital projects and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Real Estate license and/or industry certifications (CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.
• Substantial experience in property management and supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Develop, manage, and monitor property budgets and financial performance.
• Foster tenant relations and address concerns to minimize turnover and vacancies.
• Collaborate with leasing/marketing to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance, and capital projects; ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and stay informed on market/regulatory changes.
