Job summary

Olen Living is seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant for our Boynton Beach, FL community. This full-time in-office role focuses on tours of models and vacant units, processing applications, and supporting a strong move-in program to maintain high occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of residential leasing experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Office 365 and property management software. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience.
• Must be well versed with Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with Office 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience with property management software a plus and willingness to learn new software.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property and amenities.
• Maintain closing ratio based on community needs.
• Process rental applications for review and approval by Property Manager.
• Assist with move-in programs and service requests.
• Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
