The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial real estate property management, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of experience in commercial real estate property management or related field.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Aufgaben

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee property management operations and business activities.
• Provide overall property management leadership through policy development and information flow.
• Lead Property Management staff and support professional development and career growth.
• Track budget variances and ensure resolution and recovery.
• Oversee billing, invoices, and disbursement of funds.
• Monitor cash flow and coordinate with the Property Manager to optimize funds.
• Prepare reports, annual budgets, reconciliations, and owner documents.
• Support timely collection of management fees and overhead reimbursements.
• Maintain relationships with third-party owners and ensure reporting compliance.
• Resolve tenant relations issues and maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections with staff.
• Oversee construction projects with Construction Manager, approving contracts and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, customer service, and leadership.
