Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager (CRE) to oversee a significant portfolio while leading Property Management staff and third-party relationships. You will direct budgeting, reporting, and construction oversight to ensure contract compliance and tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real estate property management, CPM/RPA/CSM designation and a real estate license, with strong finance and operations knowledge. Advanced MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation and real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Experience leading and developing subordinates; managing teams and vendors.
• Experience negotiating commercial lease/contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management.
• Provide leadership through policy interpretation, information flow, and strategy.
• Lead Property Management staff and promote professional career paths.
• Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery processes.
• Oversee billing, invoice payments, and fund disbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and requirements with the Property Manager.
• Prepare owner reports, annual budget, and key documents per contract.
• Support prompt collection of management fees and overhead reimbursements.
• Interface with third-party owners for contract compliance and reporting.
• Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform regular property inspections with staff.
• Oversee construction projects with Construction Manager and approve contracts/invoices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations and directives.
