Tarantino Properties Inc in North Houston is seeking a Property Manager for Irvinton Village Apartments. Lead on-site operations, leasing, budgeting, and staff supervision to maintain market-ready units and high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PHO/PBS8 experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proven success with Yardi and Onesite. Responsibilities include daily property inspections, leasing approvals, vendor management, and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of PHO, PBS8 experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years supervisory experience managing a large team of 7-10 employees.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Yardi and Onesite experience are a must as this role requires active knowledge of both.
• Proven record of lowered delinquency and increased collections.
• Timely annual, interim and initial recertifications are a must.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and accountability for property operations.
• Preparing and managing budgets.
• Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
• Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
• Preparing reports on financial performance of properties.
• Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
• Management of all property staff.
