Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of multifamily asset management, property management, or commercial real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with third-party property management companies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or Entrata.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned multifamily assets.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, expenses, NOI, cash flow and ROI.
• Analyze monthly operating statements, budgets, forecasts and variance reports.
• Collaborate with property management companies to improve occupancy and retention.
• Oversee all aspects of property operations for assigned properties.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, competitive properties, and economic conditions.
• Oversee capital improvement projects and ensure on time, on-budget delivery.
• Evaluate performance using KPIs such as occupancy, collections, delinquency and leasing velocity.
• Ensure compliance with lender requirements, partnership agreements, and regulatory standards.
