Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Supervisor to lead our on-site team in the Houston, Texas area. The role focuses on driving performance across a region, mentoring property managers, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in the multifamily industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region.
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities and monitor outcomes.
• Work with Community Managers in preparing annual operation budgets.
• Monitor budget control and financial performance.
• Complete monthly financial reviews to meet operational and financial goals.
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements.
