Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr Property Manager to lead all aspects of a Class A office high-rise, overseeing marketing, operations and financial activities on behalf of a client.

The role sits within the Property Management function, responsible for operating buildings per contractual obligations. You will supervise staff, respond to tenant needs, manage budgets, negotiate leases, and coordinate with owners to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Supervise and mentor property staff; oversee training and evaluations.
• Respond to tenant needs and ensure service delivery per policies and contracts.
• Oversee budgeting for operating and capital expenses; forecast and report variances.
• Negotiate leases and lease renewals; coordinate move-ins/outs and space walk-throughs.
• Develop client relationships and communicate with property owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and mentor team.
• Respond to tenant needs and ensure timely issue resolution by staff.
• Ensure regular property inspections and oversee maintenance or reconditioning as needed.
• Market and lease the property; qualify and show space to prospective tenants.
• Prepare reports for property owners; monitor annual budgets and variances.
• Manage rent collection and CAM charges; coordinate legal notices as required.
• Oversee due diligence in property sales and liaise with brokers.
• Build relationships through industry involvement.
