CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a single property or small portfolio. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and reports to ensure property goals are met.

In addition to leading daily operations, you will act as the primary liaison to owners and tenants, coordinate maintenance and compliance, and drive performance through strong leadership and communication.

• Supervisory experience overseeing staff and conducting performance evaluations.
• Ability to coordinate daily activities, manage schedules and deadlines.
• Experience developing budgets and preparing financial reports for properties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Act as primary contact with property owners, delivering timely reports and updates.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans and monthly performance reports.
• Help create programs for emergency recoveries.
• Prepare required legal notices for approval.
• Review tenant rent and CAM recovery charges to ensure timely payments.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within systems and processes.
