Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Sr Property Manager to lead a complex property or multi-owner portfolio across commercial, industrial, or retail spaces in Seattle. You will supervise staff, oversee leasing activity, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.

You will coordinate tenant relations, reporting, vendor management, and due diligence for sales or acquisitions while developing strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise a team, including training and performance reviews.
• Manage tenant relations and ensure timely response to needs.
• Oversee budgets, CAM, and financial reporting for properties.
• Coordinate leasing activities, terminations and renewals, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations and mentor team.
• Respond to tenant needs, ensuring administrative and building staff resolve problems promptly and compliant with policies and contracts.
• Ensure periodic property inspections and approve maintenance/reconditioning; supervise vendor services.
• Market and lease property, qualify and show space, negotiate leases and renewals; coordinate move-ins/outs and tenant improvements.
• Act as primary contact with property owners; prepare timely, accurate reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses; forecast plans and explain variances.
• Collect rent and pay expenses per lease terms; prepare legal notices and coordinate legal action as necessary.
