• Real Estate license if state required.

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee performance coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Respond to tenant needs and issues.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses; provide monthly performance reports.
• Assist in emergency recovery programs.
• Prepare all required legal notices for approval.
• Review tenant rent and CAM recovery charges for on-time payments.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues.
