Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager (CRE) to support the Property Manager in all daily operations. The role involves supervising staff, managing client facilities to ensure cash flow and compliance with standards, and coordinating lease and vendor activities.

The position emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and tenant relations, with responsibilities spanning from administrative to on-site management tasks across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Active Real Estate license in the state worked in OR RPA or CPM designation.
• Basic understanding of computer software programs and base building systems.
• Ability to assign tasks and manage others’ workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage building staff in absence of Property Manager/General Manager.
• Prepare and maintain property files, leases, and contracts.
• Review aging reports and follow up on delinquencies per policy.
• Process invoices with proper back‑up and procedures.
• Prepare leases abstracts and monthly rent roll for review.
• Coordinate tenant move ins/outs and requests for work.
