Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations and staff supervision. The role focuses on maintaining client facilities, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and achieving satisfactory cash flow while upholding client standards.

The position requires coordinating leases, staff, and vendors; preparing rent rolls, budgets, and CAM reconciliations; and ensuring proper documentation and insurance in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Active Real Estate license in the state worked OR RPA/CPM designation.
• Basic understanding of computer software programs and base building systems.
• Ability to assign tasks and manage others’ workloads.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building staff in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager.
• Handle correspondence to clients, tenants and vendors as directed by management.
• Maintain property files, leases and contracts in an orderly manner.
• Manage aging reports and follow up on delinquencies per policy.
• Process invoices with proper backup according to procedures.
• Prepare lease abstracts and monthly rent roll for review.
• Coordinate tenant move ins/outs and tenant improvements.
• Oversee work order and purchase order systems.
• Lead tenant service program development and update tenant data.
• Assist in budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
