Job summary

Ambling Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager to drive the success of its real estate assets. The role oversees multiple properties or a single asset, directing operations, maintenance, and financial performance from site offices and with regional leadership.

You will review budgets, manage rent collection, set rental rates, develop marketing plans, hire and coach onsite staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Knowledge of leasing, marketing, and vendor management.
