The candidate will lead teams, ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance, and maximize property performance while fostering thriving, resident-focused communities. A robust benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years of property management experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, HOME, Section 8 programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rent increases per federal/state guidelines.
• Monitor annual operating budgets and compliance.
• Oversee resident certifications/recertifications for HUD/LIHTC/HOME/Section 8.
• Supervise maintenance and site staff; conduct appraisals.
• Visit sites weekly to review operations.
• Coordinate hiring with People and Culture.
