Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio in Tiverton, RI and surrounding areas.
The Senior PropertyManager is responsible for the physical, financial and administrative operations of the buildings within their portfolio. This individual will successfully oversee a mini portfolio in close geographic areas while handling the day-to-day functions of the Site Property Manager at their assigned base location.
The ideal candidate is an experienced affordable housing professional with a proven track record managing multiple communities, leading high-performing teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving strong financial and operational results. They possess deep knowledge of HUD and LIHTC programs, demonstrate exceptional leadership and resident-focused service, and have the strategic ability to preserve and enhance the long-term value of residential assets while fostering thriving communities.
Responsibilities include overseeing all facets of property operations with expertise in the areas of resident relations, government housing regulations, budgetary analysis, consistent execution of revenue collection and expense management practices, and staff supervision, training, development and retention.
Peabody Properties offers $100,000- $110,000, dependent on experience, size of portfolio, location and budgetalong with a rich benefits package that includes, but is not not limited to, medical, dental, 401(k), STD, life insurance, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), paid time off, paid holidays, paid training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, employee referral bonuses, and flex spending.
